Where can I found international delivery information?

  • We ship only to European Union countries.
  • Shipping costs are for all orders charged by 5 EUR, if is your order in amount higher than 100 EUR; the shipping costs are paid by LIPOELASTIC, and so it means it is free for you.
  • Delivery is within 3 - 5 working days* from the moment you submit your order.
  • Delivery is possible from Monday to Friday.
  • Standard delivery service is available for all countries that we ship to.
  • Delivery is fully tracked, and delivery notifications via email are provided by the carrier. You can track your order here. After sending the package with the order from our expedition department, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number for your parcel so you can follow its journey.
  • Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept it.
  • Your order will be sent out via the TNT courier.
  • If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is or call you and manage the suitable time for you when you are at home.
  • Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made.

* Please note, that we cannot influence the delivery time of the external carriers. Any complaints about the time of delivery should be communicated directly with the carrier. The delivery of the goods under these Terms means the moment when the goods are delivered to you. Should you refuse to accept the goods without just reason, such non-acceptance is considered neither as the failure of our obligation to deliver the goods, nor as a withdrawal from the contract from your side.

Can I track the delivery of my order?

Tracking is available on Standard Delivery service and you can track your order here. After sending the package with the order from our expedition department, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number for your parcel so you can follow its journey.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

Your estimated delivery date is in your Order Confirmation email – please allow until this date for your order to arrive.
You’ll be able to follow your order. To check this, just click here and add the tracking number of your order.

If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your order, TNT courier would inform you with further arrangement for delivery.

What happens, if you do not take over the goods?

You are obligated to pay the costs associated with the re-delivery, if the goods have to be delivered repeatedly or by other means of delivery due to the reasons on your side.

Should you not accept the goods, we are entitled to the reimbursement of the costs associated with the delivery or re-delivery and its storage, as well as other costs that arise due to not accepting the goods.

Furthermore, in such a case we have the right to withdraw from the contract.
